A. Visit our website 24/7 and select which arrangement you’d like, follow the steps to checkout, and select your desired pick-up date and time frame.

Q. I’m HERE to PICK UP my order.
A. COME ON IN
Q.“I placed an order on the website but didn’t receive a confirmation email.”
A. A confirmation email is only sent once the computer’s server has captured the payment. If an email was not sent, look below to troubleshoot possible reasons as to why the payment was not captured:
ab. DOUBLE CHECK that the billing address entered matches the bank’s information for your credit card.
ac. Is the CITY correct?
ad. Is the ZIP CODE correct?
ae. Is the EXPIRATION date correct?
af. Is the SECURITY CODE on the card correct?
Q.“I see several charges on my credit card.”
A. The charges you see are PENDING charges. This means the charge was NOT captured by our server for one of the following reasons listed above ^
PENDING charges will disappear from your bank account within 24-48 hours.
Q. What does AS SHOWN, FUNKY, SWANKY, POSH mean?
A. Those are our clever ways to describe UPGRADES. ‘As Shown’ is the size of the arrangement you see pictured on the website. Funky is a deluxe version and so on. More money means More flowers. Once you get into the Swanky and Posh options the size of the vase is also upgraded to accommodate the increase in flowers and greens.
Q. What are your current available flowers?
A. We update our website DAILY. As we sell out of flowers throughout the week we remove arrangements until we get new inventory in stock.
Q. Are your flowers fresh?
A. Yes. We get new shipments of flowers several times a week. The biggest delivery of fresh inventory arrives Monday morning, we then order more as needed throughout the week.
ab. When the flowers arrive we process them immediately. That means each stem gets a fresh cut and they are put into warm water that has been treated with floral food. We let them drink for a couple of hours and then they are placed and kept in a floral cooler that is at 50 degrees.
Q. What if I need to order flowers for delivery?
A. You may order flowers for delivery 24/7 on our website. Choose an item you like, click on the picture to be taken to a detailed item description page, choose your upgrade option (if desired), and ADD TO CART. The system will walk you through the process. If you do not see a specific date listed, we do not have any more availability for that date. You can always call us if you need assistance at (512)447-3577
Q. Do you offer SAME DAY Delivery?
A. We sure do, within a specific time window and zip code delivery range. More info can be found HERE.
Q. Why don’t you deliver to HOSPITALS?
A. Hospital policies are continually changing. Their volunteer staff is limited, so the safety of our drivers and the reliability of floral delivery to rooms is a constant issue. Too many risks.

Q. The delivery address is in Austin, why don’t you go there?
A. We are a smaller shop and to keep costs as affordable as we can, we only have two drivers on regular delivery rotation. Although the address is in Austin, the zip code could easily be 20+ miles away from our shop. Those types of deliveries, depending on the time of day, can take over an hour to get to. We are always happy to recommend some of the other fine florists in the city, that are closer to your requested delivery address. Just give us a call! There is plenty of flower love for all.
Q. The delivery address is just down the street. Why do I have to pay a delivery charge and you can’t guarantee an exact time?
A. We have two drivers on staff who assist in delivery rotation each day. Although the address may be just down the street, they have other orders on their roster that also have to be delivered in a timely manner. The delivery charge pays for their wonderful service.
ab. We have successfully maintained our delivery runs of 9 am-1 pm and 1 pm-4 pm for 40 years. We are always happy to try our best to accommodate a specific time but cannot guarantee it. The best option is to order plenty of time in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Q. Who did I just speak to?
A. We have a dedicated staff that has been with the shop for many years. Occasionally designers-in-training will pass through our doors but our ride or die has stayed the same. Check us out HERE
