Post COVID Updates

THANK YOU to all of our amazing customers who have stuck with us during this unprecedented time in our small business history! We love you so much! Moving forward, our main priority will continue to be the safety of our staff and customers post Covid, all the while providing the flowers you love.
As we continue to navigate the challenges of the industry in a post-Covid world, we have made a few decisions, building upon what has worked very well for us over the past year and a half.
PLEASE NOTE; Our lobby will remain closed as we have restructured our retail space to provide each designer a more efficient work area.
We maintain our website DAILY to make sure it is as updated as possible for you. Arrangements are added or removed as product and inventory varies. The BEST way to see what we have available is to visit us online at www.benwhiteflorist.com. We have fresh flower arrangements designed in a vase, wrapped flower bunches, plants, sympathy arrangements, and more, all available for curbside pickup or delivery.
Our store hours will remain the same,
Monday – Friday 8 – 3:45 and Saturday 8 – 11:45. If you happen to call or email after we have closed for the day, we will return your call or email first thing in the morning.
As always, we deliver to most of Austin, however, we have made a few changes to our delivery area. Please check online for an updated list.
At this time, deliveries to hospitals are not being accommodated.
We appreciate all of our wonderful customers so much. Seriously. We cannot understate how amazing it has been to continuously serve you flowers during these crazy and uncertain times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Austin, for your patience, understanding, and support. We LOVE being able to serve you beautiful flowers!
