-A confirmation email is only sent once the payment has been captured by the server. If that email was not sent, look below to troubleshoot possible reasons as to why the payment was not captured.
-DOUBLE CHECK that the billing address entered matches the banks’ information for the credit card you are using.
-Is the CITY correct?
-Is the ZIP CODE correct?
-Is the EXPIRATION date correct?
-Is the SECURITY CODE on the card correct?
“I see several charges on my credit card.”
-The charges you see are PENDING charges. This means the charge was NOT captured by our server for one of the following reasons listed above.
PENDING charges will disappear off your bank account within 24-48 hours.
